1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the IceBoys website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on IceBoys's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Products and Services

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of colors will be accurate. All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without notice. Custom design prices are estimates until final design approval.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. For custom designs, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally to select countries. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging. Custom-designed pieces are final sale and cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Custom Design Services

Custom design projects require a non-refundable deposit to begin work. The design process includes consultation, design development, and production. Significant changes after design approval may incur additional charges.

We retain all intellectual property rights to designs we create. You receive a license to use the design for your personal piece only.

8. Warranties

All IceBoys jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, improper care, or unauthorized repairs. Warranty service requires proof of purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IceBoys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IceBoys and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the website or services, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
