Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we offer flexible financing options through our trusted partners. We can discuss payment plans during your consultation to find an arrangement that works for your budget.
How should I care for my jewelry?
We recommend professional cleaning every 6 months. Store pieces separately in soft pouches, avoid harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures. Remove jewelry before swimming or exercising. We offer complimentary cleaning for all our clients.
What is your return policy?
Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Custom designs are final sale due to their bespoke nature, but we guarantee your satisfaction and will work with you to ensure your piece is perfect.
How do I know my ring size?
We offer complimentary ring sizing at our showroom. For a surprise proposal, we suggest borrowing a ring that fits the correct finger, or we can resize the ring after the proposal at no additional charge.
Do you provide certification for diamonds?
All our diamonds 0.50 carats and above come with GIA certification. We are proud members of the American Gem Society and guarantee the authenticity and quality of every stone we sell.
